Background
Britannia Industries and India’s most influential Actor and Filmmaker Aamir Khan were all set to launch a joint promo “Britannia Lagaan Match” worth Rs.6 Crores. For Britannia, the FMCG Brand, this promo would strengthen their brand association with cricket, the national passion of India. And, in parallel for Aamir Khan, promote the movie – Lagaan in smaller towns and villages. Through this promo 15 Lucky Winners would get a chance to play against the Lagaan XI (movie’s 11 Players), which included Aamir Khan.

Brief
To take care of end-to-end facilities for organizing the “Britannia Lagaan Match” to be held in Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai. Arrangements to be made to host 5000 Guests and Delegates. Also, engage and entertain 25,000 Spectators (Ticket Buyers).
Challenge
With just 30 days to the Event/Match, the hospitality of 5000 Britannia Guests & Delegates and travel arrangements from different parts of the country to Mumbai and back had to be handled. Moreover, the challenge was to work around the given budget, so no flights were allowed. Besides, we had to handle the hospitality and logistics of both teams i.e. Lagaan XI as well as the 15 Lucky Winners of the Contest.
Results Achieved & How
Although, we were just a 2-member team and in in our first year of operations, we had 24 days in hand to make this a momentous. Scanning through every known contact, hospitality & travel options for such a large group, we strived determinedly and listed out the options.
Post approvals, we organized to attach 2 special carriages (bogies) to every train travelling to Mumbai from every corner of India. 30 luxury busses plied from locations that were 10-15 hours away. Besides, we signed up with several hotels in Mumbai for different sets of people.
For the largest group, we rented a school that was closed for Christmas vacations, where every classroom was converted into a dormitory to accommodate 40 Guests each. More importantly, around 75,000 meals were served for 5 days through a Caterer who was at our disposal to cook and serve food, 24/7. Also, temporary bathrooms and toilets were set-up with water tankers. Besides their sightseeing, transfers to and hospitality at the stadium was also efficiently handled. Thus, resulting in delighting not just our Client, but all the stakeholders involved in this landmark event. Little wonder, a special story on this event was covered by Times of India and published on the cover page of Bangalore Times.

At present, Cookies are a part of the daily essentials in most Indian households. And there are several players already in the market vying for the space in the cookies segment. However, the latest offering by Britannia “Good Day – Chunkies” was positioned as a premium, indulgent, rich & delicious cookies that are a cut above the rest.

To impress the first point of contact, the Sales Team, and convince them about the USP of Good Day Chunkies. So, if the Sales Team is impressed then selling it to the end-consumer would be a piece of cake or rather a cookie. In short, the Event needs to be CHUNKY and BIGGER!

Challenge
Making the Product Launch not just an event but an indulgent experience. Since It was one of the biggest innovation to happen in the premium cookies category in India and we had to make the whole launch event experience likewise.

Results Achieved & How  
The concept of Box Office was created to elevate the event from a Product Launch to a Mega Experience. So, the whole Product Launch was given all the glam and glitz of a Superstar’s Mega Movie Premier Show. And to execute this experience flawlessly a mammoth set with screens were erected, and the launch was presented like a 3D movie to the entire Sales Team/Audience. The audience was floored by the larger-than-life Product Launch experience presented at the Business Conference. More importantly, they got the key message that the newly launched Good Day – Chunkies was premium and that’s not just another ordinary cookie. Truth be told, with Scotch & Water onboard, one can expect
nothing ordinary.

Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) hosts a series of conventions/expos across India to educate and engage about the latest innovations and products in the business travel industry.
At the event, participants can attend sessions and listen to the experts/professionals who manage business travelers across the globe and the vendors who offer safe, productive and cost-effective travel options.

Brief
To organize a clutter breaking travel trade convention and expo which speaks of its convenience, handling of delegates, sponsors, custom designed activities. Most importantly,
to design and execute the Expo Floor and the Convention Hall.

Challenge
Apart from the major challenge of designing the Expo Floor and Convention Hall, the event experience had to be a simple and seamless for the Delegates & Sponsors.

Results Achieved & How
A technologically advanced solution was offered for the registration on site to Delegates, where it took them less than a minute to register. The design and layout offered for the Expo Floor and Convention Hall was pathbreaking and cost-effective without compromising on the international look and appeal. More importantly, the handling of Delegates and Sponsors were completely personalized. Altogether, a world-class experience offered from start-to-finish.

Gionee, one of the leading smartphone brands in India, was all-set to launch its selfie-focused A1 smartphone in India after unveiling it at the 2017 Mobile World Congress.

Brief
To organize Launch Conferences across India for the entire Sales and Distribution system of the company for Gionee’s latest offering: A1 smartphone.

Challenge
The challenge was not just to launch the product across 95 cities but in 48 hours. And this meant, 95 unveiling/launch events had to happen in parallel and the project was assigned to us exactly 7 days before the execution.

When a mammoth task with a tight deadline was briefed, Scotch & Water Innovations took the challenge on its stride. Stayed true to the vision by being an “indispensable event partner for every conceivable event”. A feat that one could seldom fathom was to be achieved in a matter of just 7 days.

Brief
To create an Expo Stall to showcase the entire range of products, major strengths of scale, size, CSR and business opportunities, which Britannia Industries brings to the table.

Challenge
The Stall Concept & Design should stand apart amidst 800+ Exhibitors at the Expo. More importantly, elevate the sampling experience of Britannia’s wide range of products to consumers and visitors at the stall.

Besides creating a clutter breaking concept and design for the Britannia Products Stall, Scotch & Water ensured the stall stood out in the clutter of over 800 exhibitors. That said, in the middle of the stall an exclusive Live Chef Zone was set-up, where sumptuous delicacies were dished out from Britannia products and served. A plethora of options were presented to the visitors on how innovatively once can make use of the cookies, biscuits, breads, cakes, rusks and so many other dairy products of Britannia. This Experiential Stall in the Mega WFI Expo was a grand success as the products were sampled by more than 6000 visitors during this 4-day event.

To arrange for Visas for all in a short time period. And to create personalized touch points across the entire trip to make the trip truly memorable.

In a short duration of time, Scotch N Water was entrusted with the responsibility of handling the hospitality and logistics of over 2500 delegates from 30 countries. That apart, the Event & Expo Design along with the International Beauty Pageant had to be flawlessly executed.

With the inhouse Production Facility at Delhi employing over 100 carpenters and labourers, the sets were seamlessly erected for the event.
